The company seeks to provide said services in a timely and effective manner and with a comprehensive quality control program that will assist in ensuring customer satisfaction. Each owner of this company will view contracts as a personal agreement between the company and its customer and seek to develop mutually beneficial relationships. - NOLA Steele Fabrication & Erection (NSFE) was established in 2014 by Karen L. Williams. Mrs. Williams brings over 20 years experience, providing an array of subcontracting services, in the Marine and Commercial Fabrication and Erection Industry.
- NSFE Provides high quality design and steel fabrication, high quality structural steel erection, repair welding, ornamental iron, limited steel demolition, and miscellaneous steel.

Travis M. Williams - Vice President / Estimator, a native New Orleanian; Service Connected Disabled Veteran with over 10 years experience as a Project Manager. Mr. Williams received On The Job Training as an Estimator. He also assists in client cultivation, solicitation, sales, marketing, safety management and recruitment.
